Harvesting & Selling Lavender

Who knew that fresh and dried lavender turned out to be our best-seller so far. Oh the "invisible hand" of the market. While waiting for our distillery permit and seeing that our lavender in its second year grew so much we decided to cut it and sell it fresh and dried to florist wholesalers. A big "thank you" to Mr. Dimitris, the florist stand on Charilaou Trikoupi in Kifissia, Athens who introduced us to our first client "KITANTZIS" from whom we received our first official invoice.
