Greek Mountain Tea or "tsai tou vounou" came early this year and in abundance due to our extended rainy season (Thank you Lord!). We harvested it with Victoria and Eleonora, Kyriake, Jenny and Marigoula. At the moment the fragrant flowers of our herbal tea are drying in our shed and pretty soon we will pack them to preserve their aromas and their
anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and powerful antioxidant properties!
